- 3/4 cup (1½ sticks) salted butter
- 1¾ cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1½ tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
GARNISH:
