COCOA NOIR CAKE WITH CREAM

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans and set to the side.

 

Cake:

In a large bowl with a spatula, add the dry ingredients; sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and dark cocoa powder while stirring. Then add one egg at a time until the mixture is smooth. Then add the milk, oil, and vanilla. Finally, add the boiling water. Once the water is added, the paste is fine. Pour the dough evenly into each pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the middle of the cake. Allow to cool completely and then cover with the pink cream cheese glaze.
