INGREDIENTS
- eggs – 5 pcs.
- sugar – 6 tbsp.
- butter – 6 tbsp.
- milk – 6 tbsp.
- flour – 6 tbsp.
- cocoa – 2 tbsp.
- baking powder – 2 tsp (10 g)
- SYRUP
- water – 1 cup (250 ml)
- sugar – 5 tbsp.
- CREAM
- confectionery cream – 2 cups (500 ml)
- chocolate – 11 oz (300 g)
HOW TO COOK
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the butter, water, milk and beat. Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix everything well.
Grease a baking sheet and pour the mixture into a fireproof dish. Bake it at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Put the water in the pot and add the sugar. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes and pour it over the cake layer.
Pour the confectionery cream into the pot and add the dark chocolate. Stir, until it is melted. Pour it over the chocolate cake and leave it for 3 hours.
The creamy chocolate cake is ready.
