A dry mouth is one of the most common and famous signs. If your mouth gets dry, then you should probably go drink a cup of water to refuel your body with water.
2. Your skin is dry
One of the best to take care of your skin is to drink water regularly because dry skin is a clear sign of you not getting enough water.
3. You have dry eyes
Not drinking enough water can affect your entire body, like your eyes for example. If you wake up with dry eyes (possibly red too) and a dry throat, then you are clearly not drinking enough water.
4. Your urine is dark
If you have dark urine then you are not drinking enough water because the natural and normal color of urine is either clear or light yellow.
5. You’re constipated
Constipation and hard stool can be a sign of you not drinking enough water. Drinking water regularly results in regular bowel movements and soft stool.
6. You experience joint pain
The majority of the human body is made out of water and joints are 80% water. Drinking enough water can lower your chances of having sore joints.
7. You have hunger pains
If you have hunger pains then you are probably not providing enough water to your body. When you don’t drink enough water then your body gets mixed signals and it makes you believe that you are hungry while its a signal of dehydration. When you have hunger pains, then you should probably drink water instead of grabbing a snack.

If sickness lasts for a long time, then you are probably not drinking enough water because toxins flush out easily with the help of water. Doctors always recommend drinking lots and lots of water when sick. Next time you feel sick, make sure to drink water.
Dehydration is one of the main reasons why you feel dizzy. If you are thirsty and suddenly feel thirsty, then it’s probably because of low water consumption. When you start feeling dizzy, go grab a glass of water and drink it.
