Loaded Cauliflower Salad

Method:

Wash the flowers and separate them from the cauliflower and broccoli. Wash them.

Cook them for 10 minutes in a steam oven at 100° or in a pan of lightly salted water.

Prepare the vinaigrette in a salad bowl. Add the finely chopped vegetables.

Leave to cool. Add the finely sliced radishes. DRINK!
