  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the filling:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus additional ¼ cup for sprinkling on the towel
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
