THE OLD HOME IMPROVEMENT MAKERS
We live outside the District of Columbia in Northern Virginia. Many of the houses here are older. Our famous landmarks are not that old, but they are not that far away (I’m kidding… more or less.) It is easy to find friends in houses that are 100 years old and also friends in houses that are 50 years old. Some houses are in such a state that they are completely destroyed and a huge mansion is built on a land of 0.25 hectares (did I tell you that the land costs more than the value of all these houses?) Also, it is difficult to get more than a land stamp the closer you are to the city.
