Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of fresh berries (for topping)

Peanut Butter & Jelly Oats:

  • 2 tablespoons of chunky or smooth peanut butter
  • 1 recipe of the base overnight oats
  • 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves
  • Chopped roasted peanuts (for topping)

Piña Colada Oats:

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh, frozen, or canned pineapple
  • 1 recipe of the base overnight oats made with refrigerated coconut milk
  • Toasted coconut chips (for topping)

Pumpkin Pie Oats:

  • 1 recipe of the base overnight oats (without yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for sprinkling)

Mango Sticky Oats:

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 recipe of the base overnight oats made with refrigerated coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for topping)

Directions

For the Base:

  1. In an 8- to 12-ounce jar, mix together the milk, yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in the old-fashioned rolled oats until they are fully immersed in the liquid.
  3. Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.
  4. When ready to enjoy, serve the chilled oats with a generous topping of fresh berries.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Oats:

  1. Incorporate the peanut butter into the base overnight oats mixture, ensuring an even distribution without completely blending it.
