For the crust:
- 1 Pillsbury pie crust (single pie crust only)
 
For the mousse:
- ½ cup cold water
 - 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
 - 3 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 
For the ganache:
- ½ cup dark chocolate
 - ¼ cup heavy cream
