Ingredients :

For the crust:

  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust (single pie crust only)

For the mousse:

  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

For the ganache:

  • ½ cup dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
