  • 8 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 6 Pretzel Rods
  • 1 bag White Chocolate Candy Melts
  • 10 oz. bag Mini Marshmallows (reserve 24)
  • 1/4 cup Butter

  • Instructions:
  • Begin by breaking the pretzel rods in half and melting the white chocolate according to the package instructions.
  • Dip the ends of the pretzel rods into the melted chocolate, focusing on the tips. Press two mini marshmallows onto the chocolate-coated tips. Allow it to set for 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining marshmallows and butter for 1 minute. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Incorporate the Rice Krispies cereal into the marshmallow-butter mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  • Take a handful of the Rice Krispie treat mix and shape it into a ball. To prevent sticking, use gloves, butter, or cooking spray on your hands. Press the chocolate-coated end of the pretzel into the ball, shaping the Rice Krispie mixture to resemble a turkey leg.
  • Place the turkey legs on wax paper and allow them to set for approximately 15 minutes.
