6. Toe stretches
Stretching your toes is an easy method that can relieve the painful bunion symptoms. Make sure to flex and curl your toes while holding them in both positions for 5 seconds. Do this exercise 10 times a day for better results.
7. Bay leaf
Mix 300 milliliters of hot water with a tablespoon of crushed leaves and let the solution sit for an entire night so that the water can fully absorb the bay leaves. The next morning, strain the blend and drink the solution throughout the day. The results will start showing themselves after exactly 10 or 11 days.
8. Soap
