Two-Ingredient Cake Recipe: Light, Fluffy, And Delicious!

You know those times when you’re craving something sweet, but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen making a dessert? I love to cook, but I’m not a baker. Unfortunately, I also have a sweet tooth. So my lack of baking skills and constant craving for sweets sometimes becomes a problem.

If you’ve been in this situation yourself, you’ll love the dessert we’re about to share with you. Sheila Pulanco Russell took to Facebook to share the easiest cake recipe I’ve ever seen. Seriously, it’s almost too easy. There are only two ingredients to use!

To make this cake, Sheila explains that all you have to do is combine a box of angel food cake mix with a 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple, juice and all. You don’t need to follow the directions on the cake box. Simply pour the mix in with the pineapple and stir with a mixer or using a wooden spoon.

Sheila explains that when you start mixing these two ingredients, something magical happens. The mixture begins to foam and transforms before your eyes into a delicious, airy, fluffy bowl! Once everything is mixed, pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Once the time is up, you’ll have a sweet, light dessert that looks like something you’d eat on vacation. And the best part is that you have virtually no effort to make it. Thanks for sharing this great recipe
