Hypothyroidism has many symptoms, the most common ones are fatigue, constipation, memory loss, weight gain, muscle cramps, dry skin, general weakness, low libido, hair loss, cold intolerance, and depression. The good news is that you can fight this condition with nothing but tea.
First, you are going to need:
- A cup of cranberry juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
- 3/4 tablespoon of orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of dry ginger
