It’s such an easy and delicious dinner that the whole family will probably go crazy. Yeah, even the kids! Everyone loves fried foods, it’s super easy and ultra tasty!
Ingredients :
- 4 thin chicken breasts, boneless (under an inch in thickness)
- 8 Tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs (or panko)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 med sized zucchini, sliced semi thin
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
