  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
