- 2/3 cup (84g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)
- 2/3 cup (133g) packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons (86g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 2/3 cup (65g) old-fashioned rolled oats (or quick oats)*
