5. Fruits and vegetables
Nowadays, most people avoid eating fruits and vegetables regularly, not knowing that that habit can age them. Fruits and vegetables offer a good amount of antioxidants that the body needs, but they are mostly short-lived, that is wy daily consumption of fruits and vegetables is necessary.
