Chocolate frosting :
1 small spoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
9 large spoon butter, melted
5 large spoon cocoa
2 large spoon hot water
Instructions:
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until softened. Pour into a greased 9 x 14-inch baking pan. Bake for 31 minutes.
2 – Allow cooling completely. And start pouring the cream. Beat the flour and cold milk in a pan. Simmer until dough is thick and spicy. When cooled, add sugar/vanilla/butter and beat until soft with a whisk. Sprinkle over the cooled cake.
3 – To create the icing. Beat the butter / cocoa / hot water / vanilla / powdered sugar.
Sprinkle the icing over the cream. Leave standing for 31 minutes before serving.
