Are you a big fan of your George Foreman grill? It’s a great little kitchen appliance that can fill the need for a grill when you can’t grill outdoors. It’s also a great way to prepare generally healthy meals. However, cleaning a Foreman grill, at least in my experience, is never a walk in the park. In fact, the thought of cleaning it sometimes keeps me from using it.

That’s why we were delighted to discover this simple tip on Judith’s Mama’s website. Not only does her method not involve rubbing, but it actually doesn’t use soap at all. Here’s how she does it:

When you are done with the grill, unplug it and immediately take 3 or 4 squares of kitchen paper folded over each other. Dampen them, curl them and unfold them again so that they have their square shape again. Then simply place them on the grill and close it. Enjoy your food while the grill cools. Then just open the grill (don’t wait too long, an hour or so will do), and use the paper towels to simply wipe off the dirt. This works amazingly well, and with no effort at all!

That’s it! Have any of you who love the Foreman grill ever tried this handy trick?
