Directions
- Mix the turmeric and water
- Boil the solution and start lowering the heat gradually while simmering the pot for 10 minutes until it ends you up with a thick paste (add some water if you want it more consistent)
- Let the paste cool down
- Add in ginger, cinnamon, olive oil, and ground pepper, then start stirring until everything is well mixed
- Store the paste in your refrigerator for 2 weeks at max (you can also freeze it and it will stay fresh for an entire year)
- Apply it in any way you see fit.
