How to properly make a turmeric paste

  1. Mix the turmeric and water
  2. Boil the solution and start lowering the heat gradually while simmering the pot for 10 minutes until it ends you up with a thick paste (add some water if you want it more consistent)
  3. Let the paste cool down
  4. Add in ginger, cinnamon, olive oil, and ground pepper, then start stirring until everything is well mixed
  5. Store the paste in your refrigerator for 2 weeks at max (you can also freeze it and it will stay fresh for an entire year)
  6. Apply it in any way you see fit.
