Cooking process
- Put nonstick skillet; heat over medium/high heat
- Put chicken in the skillet and cook for three minutes
- Put ginger and cook for two minutes
- Transfer chicken and ginger to a plate
- Set aside
- Add ¼ [one fourth] water; broccoli in the skillet
- Stir; cover; cook until broccoli look like tender crisp for three/four minutes
- Put chicken back to the skillet
- Stir in soy sauce; orange juice; chicken broth
- Add 1 [one] tablespoon water; cornstarch to pan; cook it
- Stir it constantly
- Add orange; cook it
