  • 1 medium potato cubed
  • 1/2 to 1 cup (120 g) veggies such as carrots zucchini, peppers
  • 1 cup (164 g) cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup (36.25 g) peas
  • 1 cup (226 ml) water or coconut milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp salt
