Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes!

HOW TO MAKE IT :  

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a small bowl add in all of your parmesan/seasoning mixture & stir to incorporate
  3. Lightly coat a baking sheet or baking dish with olive oil so the entire bottom is coated.
  4. Cut the potatoes in halves & set aside.
  5. Using a large spoon, sprinkles to parmesan mixture over the entire bottom of the baking dish
  6. Next, place each potato half cut side down in a row while pressing them firmly down onto the mixture.
  7. In a small bowl mix garlic, salt and pepper and melted butter then pour over the potatoes evenly
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are deep golden & soft inside
  9. Once cooked fully, remove and allow to rest for about 10 minutes before removing.
  10. ENJOY!
